The PBDA Application

Applications will continue to be accepted throughout the year pending available space. Applications will be considered complete upon receipt of the following:

1. Submit an Inquiry Form, email us at admission@pbday.org, or call us at 561-832-8815 to learn more about PBDA.
2. During your initial point of contact with our Admission team, we will work with you to coordinate a private tour of Palm Beach Day Academy. We also invite you to Get To Know Us better.

3. Completed applications are due by January 15th. 

4. Completed online application ($100 application fee per student)
5. Official Records: We require complete records from the current school for all applicants (if applicable),  including official transcripts and any standardized testing results. To download a PDF of the release form, please click here.
6. Teacher Recommendation: Please submit the appropriate Teacher Recommendation form to your child’s current school.
   • Forms: Primary (if applicable), Grades K-1, Grades 2-8
7. Student interviews
   • Pre-Primary Visit Day will be held on November 30.
   • Kindergarten Visit Days will be held on December 11 and 12.
   • All other grades will be customized based on the grade of the applicant.
