Portrait of a Graduate
Palm Beach Day Academy’s Portrait of A Graduate is based on the school’s mission and our promise to educate students in an academically challenging and compassion-rich environment that guides each child toward personal excellence of mind, body and character.

It is our goal that each student will graduate to be an ambassador of PBDA’s core values of Respect, Responsibility, and Integrity. Our graduates are:

Independent Learners: PBDA students are confident self-advocates. Guided by a strong sense of responsibility, our graduates are motivated to take initiative and achieve their goals.
Critical Thinkers: PBDA students thoughtfully analyze information, make informed decisions, solve problems, and reflect on the process. Our graduates approach issues with an open mind and leave PBDA equipped with the skills and strategies necessary to thrive in secondary school, college, and life.
Respectful Citizens: PBDA students act with integrity and show respect at all times. Our graduates take responsibility for their actions, serve others, and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
Compassionate Communicators: PBDA students can express their ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing. Our graduates appreciate and respect the diverse viewpoints and perspectives they will encounter throughout their lives.
Resilient Individuals: PBDA students adapt to change by reflecting on their challenges, adjusting their approach, and persisting through setbacks. Our graduates recognize those setbacks as opportunities to strengthen skills, judgment, and confidence.
