Our Core Values

At Palm Beach Day Academy, our core values of integrity, responsibility, and respect are the foundation of our community. We believe that Leading with Honor is essential in every interaction, shaping not only our campus culture but also our students' futures. These values are not just words; they are the heart of who we are at PBDA.

We hold ourselves accountable for our actions, striving each day to be the best versions of ourselves. While perfection is not the goal, we emphasize the importance of kindness, mutual respect, and seeking help when needed. We view mistakes as valuable opportunities for growth, encouraging our students to learn from every experience.

As members of the PBDA family—proud Bulldogs—we cherish generous hearts and embrace the responsibility of giving to others. Together, we are committed to building a community where everyone feels valued and empowered to make a difference.

Portrait of a Graduate

Palm Beach Day Academy’s Portrait of A Graduate is based on the school’s mission and our promise to educate students in an academically challenging and compassion-rich environment that guides each child toward personal excellence of mind, body and character. It is our goal that each student will graduate to be an ambassador of PBDA’s core values of Respect, Responsibility, and Integrity. Our graduates are:

Independent Learners: PBDA students are confident self-advocates. Guided by a strong sense of responsibility, our graduates are motivated to take initiative and achieve their goals.

Critical Thinkers: PBDA students thoughtfully analyze information, make informed decisions, solve problems, and reflect on the process. Our graduates approach issues with an open mind and leave PBDA equipped with the skills and strategies necessary to thrive in secondary school, college, and life.

Respectful Citizens: PBDA students act with integrity and show respect at all times. Our graduates take responsibility for their actions, serve others, and make meaningful contributions to their communities.

Compassionate Communicators: PBDA students can express their ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing. Our graduates appreciate and respect the diverse viewpoints and perspectives they will encounter throughout their lives.

Resilient Individuals: PBDA students adapt to change by reflecting on their challenges, adjusting their approach, and persisting through setbacks. Our graduates recognize those setbacks as opportunities to strengthen skills, judgment, and confidence.
