Why Support Palm Beach Day Academy?

Palm Beach Day Academy is an institution with a proud tradition of excellence. Since it's inception in 1921, the school has relied on financial support from parents, past parents, alumni, grandparents, faculty, and the surrounding community. The school derives much of its strength from individual and family philanthropy aimed at helping PBDA to thrive and innovate. The school you see today is a product of loyal, dedicated, and supportive families and friends from our past. Generations of alumni and their families have profited from the PBDA experience. To ensure the same great education for the students of today and the students of future generations, we must continually raise funds. As with all independent schools, tuition and fees do not fully cover the cost of educating each student. Every year the school asks each family, and our extended school family, to support the Annual Giving Fund. In addition, periodic Capital Campaigns are required in order to remain current with our ever changing society, educational programs, professional development, the newest technology, and our buildings and grounds. Major gifts to strengthen our endowment are also needed. With your help, our tradition of excellence will continue for present and future generations.
